Their idea and hard work yielded good results and the business grew tenfold in the next 10 years.

In 2016 JACK was acquired by Mark Trafford and Dean Larritt and provides an opportunity to quality tradesmen from different backgrounds to work under the umbrella brand of JACK ensuring professional and consistent quality standards in every project, no matter whether it’s small or large. Mark Trafford
Director Sales and Marketing

Mark left school at 16 and worked his way steadily up the corporate ladder through construction supply and fit out organisations. He managed one of the largest electrical wholesalers in the United Kingdom for 10 years and returning to New Zealand continued his senior management career in the kitchen industry and commercial fit out sector. Mark has extensive sales and marketing and business management skills and the ability to lead the brand with his real passion for property and renovating.


Dean Larritt
Operations Director

Dean is a qualified cabinet maker with over 20 years’ industry experience. He has worked on super yachts and has a real understanding of what is required to work with trades and clients to achieve the best results. Dean has an extensive corporate background in the kitchen and flooring industry through sales and management. This ensures Dean’s role provides consistency across all aspects of the company, from brand systems to Health and Safety. Dean’s influence is significant in helping licence owners achieve their potential. “Constant improvement” is Dean’s favourite saying.
